Eric has a proven track record of revitalizing HR processes, reducing turnover, and implementing strategic HR initiatives that drive operational efficiency and cost savings. With a strong focus on employee engagement and retention, Eric has successfully led teams to enhance workplace satisfaction, reduce legal risks, and develop robust talent pipelines. Eric holds an MBA in Business Administration from York College of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Towson University.
