TMS is a Texas-based green industry consulting firm that provides real estate development, design, and property management professionals with planning, permitting, and tree preservation solutions - specifically in ways that generate time and money savings/earnings compared to the status quo:

Tree Surveys - actually by an arborist that gets identification right, measures precisely per local code to reduce yield and cost constraints, and provides condition assessments (health/structure)to help determine whether a tree is worth saving (or paying removal fees for if removing)

Early Constraint/Feasibility studies - how many big trees, what can/can't I cut down, what's it cost to do so from a time/money standpoint (how does that overall impact yields, expectations, and price offering)

Design Consulting - I want to or am being forced to save this tree - what do regulations or best practices say about how close I can get, how many roots/branches to cut, how I should document it

Entitlement Consulting - what do rules say about trees, how much documentation do I need, at what time, in what form, to which person, and how to do that while saving time and money

Preservation - accurately budget and manage tree preservation with a quality team to save trees well and cost-effectively so they look great when you're done building - we don't do this work full time and have no pressure to sell you what you don't need. We bring a one stop solution to carry through from planning and permitting to make sure we all didn't waste a bunch of time in design/entitlement before site work team and/or other subs tear up trees you want/need to save).

Property management - what trees do I have, what risk and benefits do they present, how should I manage and care for them while maintaining the property, building(s), and a reasonable budget? We help answer these questions and more, and then deliver exceptional service at great value with quality teammates
