Amber Rencher

Amber Rencher has extensive experience in human resources and management, currently serving as a Human Resources Information System Specialist at Sundance Mountain Resort since December 2015, where roles have included Payroll and Benefit Specialist, HR Generalist, and HR Administrator. Amber's prior experience includes a Graduate Teaching Assistant position at Utah State University, focusing on social media's impact on job interviews, and an Office and Accounts Manager role at Amasyn, where responsibilities included designing an inventory system and managing payroll for employees. Amber's career began as a Receptionist at Roy Vision Center from 2007 to 2012, handling customer service and appointment scheduling. Amber holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services and a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies, both from Utah State University.
