Colette Bird is the Director of Catering and Conference Services at Sundance Resort, where they oversee the selling and servicing of over 15,000 square feet of banquet space. In their previous role as Catering Manager at Sundance Resort from 1997 to 2002, and as Director of Catering & Conferences at Wyndham Hotel from 2002 to 2004, Colette honed their skills in food and beverage management, event planning, and customer service. Colette holds a B.S. in Dietetics from Brigham Young University, which they completed in 1997.
