Regarding to products, Tree Tools is owner of HelpDesk-3, an ITIL compliant Service Desk software solution, on of the most complete tools in Brazil. HelpDesk-3 already has a multi-language interface, including English and Spanish.

Founded in 1991, Tree Tools is very well positioned in software development considering the brazilian market. In 2001, we built our headquarters (1,500 square meters) in Curitiba Software Park, an area dedicated to software production. 

In our portfolio we have more than 350 clients, among them: Correios, Siemens, Electrolux, Brasil Telecom, Accenture, ALL – América Latina Logística, Bancoob (Sicoob group), WEG, CELG, Itaipu Binacional, HP, TIM, Cimento Itambé, Unimed, Tupy, Sicredi, GVT, Wipro, Fundação CHESF, Votorantim, GoldenCross, Herbarium, Paraná Clínicas and Copel.

Tree Tools was graced with the 3rd place in Business Excellence in the Software category by Info Exame magazine (200 largest companies in Technology).

Tree Tools was certified with F level at MPS-BR, a Brazilian Maturity Model for Software Process.
