Fahad Alsarawi

Fahad Alsarawi, PHRi, has extensive experience in human resources and operational management, currently serving as the HR Operations and Workplace Manager at Tree since September 2024, after previously holding the role of HR Operations and Workplace Associate Manager. Prior to this, Fahad worked at Al-Hejin Medical Company for over six years, overseeing human resources management and the implementation of policies and procedures for clinic operations. Additionally, Fahad has engineering experience, having worked as a QC/QA Engineer at Welspun Middle East Pipes LLC and as a Maintenance Engineer at Abdulrahman Al-Otaishan & Sons Group CO., where responsibilities included quality assurance, equipment maintenance, and team supervision.
