Gregor Gebhardt is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in real estate and investment management. Currently serving as the CEO of Hope Day Investment in Commercial Enterprises & Management Co. L.L.C. since February 2023, Gebhardt also founded Friendsfactory in May 2005, a company providing office spaces in Munich and Kitzbühel. Additionally, since June 2014, Gebhardt has been the CEO and Founder of Friendsfactory Hope Ventures, an investment firm based in Dallas, specializing in early-stage technology and real estate ventures. Gebhardt's leadership extends to One Hope Groupe GmbH as CEO since August 2016, along with being an Investor-Partner at tree3 and Co-Founder of HopeFive Holding GmbH since November 2020. In August 2021, Gebhardt founded START'N Kitzbühel. Educationally, Gebhardt holds a degree in Marketing from BAW Bayerische Akademie für Werbung und Marketing, completed in 2006.
