Roxana Sandulescu is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate legal operations and strategy. Currently serving as SVP Legal at UiPath since November 2016, Roxana heads the GTM Legal Team and oversees various regional legal teams alongside the Legal Strategy and Innovation Team. In August 2023, Roxana took on the role of Legal Advisor at Treefera, an organization focused on transforming forest data and conservation to enhance the carbon market. Previously, Roxana held multiple legal positions at NNDKP from 2011 to 2016, culminating in the position of Associate Lawyer. Roxana obtained a Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Bucharest.
