Vincent Gruson

Vincent Gruson, PhD, is a seasoned professional in the field of laser technology and micro-manufacturing, currently serving as Process Owner for Micro-Manufacturing at TreeFrog Therapeutics since February 2024. Previously, Vincent held the position of R&D Project Manager at Amplitude Laser from September 2019 to February 2024, overseeing the development of high-power femtosecond lasers for metallurgical applications, managing a 17-member project team and engaging with clients and suppliers. Vincent's experience also includes roles as an R&D Laser Engineer at Amplitude Laser, focusing on the development of femtosecond laser prototypes for European projects, and an R&D Engineer at Femto Easy, where tools for laser characterization were developed. Earlier experience encompasses a Data Scientist role at the Banque Nationale du Canada, a Postdoctoral Researcher at INRS-EMT, and a PhD focused on attosecond physics at CEA. Educational qualifications include a Doctorate in Physics from Université Paris-Saclay and a Master’s degree in Optics from Paris-Sud University.
