Bobby transitioned to Peyton Thomas Homes as a Project Manager from February 2014 to April 2020, followed by a position as Owner at Forterra Homes, LLC from April 2020 to January 2022. Afterward, Bobby served as a Superintendent for ONM Living until May 2023, focusing on vertical construction.
