Operations Developer / Senior Support/ETL/Migration Specialist at Treehouse Software

Ken Matson has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Ken started their career as the Director of Application Development at HMM Marketing Technologies / Softplex Systems, where they oversaw the architecture, design, and development of a vertical-market advertising and marketing operational management application. Ken also worked on multiple installations, user training, and ongoing support for clients in various industries.

Ken then moved on to MEI (Micro Endeavors) as a Senior Developer/Consultant, where they coded modules, debugged components, and developed bolt-on utilities for clients such as Bell Atlantic Network Integration and Lockheed-Martin. Ken also spearheaded business analysis, data modeling, user-interface design, and functional aspects of projects.

Next, they joined GCom2 Solutions as the Vice President of Applications & Technology. During their tenure, they served as the technical and operational management executive responsible for software development and related services. Ken played a key role in creating FundSuite®, a leading financial reporting and data management application suite in the Mutual Fund industry.

Ken continued their role at Bowne, Inc. after GCom2 Solutions was acquired, serving as the Vice President of Application Development. In this position, they managed a team of over 30 personnel and handled the software department.

Ken Matson then became the Owner and Chief Engineer of Sound Works Recording & Productions, LLC, where they owned and operated an audio-video production facility. Ken also provided consulting services for software development, specializing in SQL, Systems Architecture, and Blockchain/DAPP development.

Most recently, they worked at Treehouse Software as an Operations Developer and Senior Support/ETL/Migration Specialist.
