Russell Roll

For the past 30 years, Russ has served as the company’s General Counsel, and for the past 22 years as TSI’s CPA and now CFO. Russ provides legal counsel and direction to TSI for all matters, including contracts with customers, partners and others; taxes and tax planning; purchases and investments; company structure; corporate governance; personnel issues; and other related areas. Russ received his undergraduate degree from Grove City College (accounting and economics) and his law degree from Duquesne University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania as well as in Federal Courts as an attorney, and is licensed (inactive) as a certified public accountant in Pennsylvania.
