Eileen Davidson

Eileen Davidson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational leadership and policy advocacy at Treehouse since January 2015. Serving as Chief of Staff and Policy & Strategy Director, Eileen leads strategy alignment and project management while developing the organization's legislative agenda and executing grassroots advocacy strategies. Previous roles include Executive Assistant & Policy Specialist, where Eileen supported the Chief Policy & Strategy Officer and the Executive Team, and Executive Project Coordinator, providing support to the COO and Associate Director. Eileen’s early career included roles as an Administrative Project Coordinator and Outreach & Intake Assistant, along with experience as a Substitute Therapeutic Classroom Teacher at Childhaven. Eileen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management with a Minor in Nonprofit Leadership from Seattle University.
