Kris Correa

Kris C. has a diverse work experience that spans several roles and industries. They began their career as a Quality Assurance Intern at Bay Cities in 2009 and later worked as a Human Resources Assistant and AR/Billing specialist at the same company. In 2012, they moved on to become an Operations Manager at Dots Fashions and Windsor Opening, where they successfully facilitated the opening of two Midwest fashion stores and implemented leadership training programs. From 2013 to 2016, Kris served as an Operations Manager at GC Services Limited Partnership, overseeing various projects and providing day-to-day operational leadership. Most recently, they held the position of Human Resources Manager and later Human Resources Director at Treeium Inc., where they spearheaded all HR operations and provided support to departmental heads.

Kris C. pursued higher education beginning in 2008 at Mt. San Antonio College. They obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree, specializing in Social and Behavioral Sciences, in 2010. Continuing their educational journey, Kris attended UCLA from 2017 to 2019 and earned a Human Resources Certification in the field of Human Resources Management.
