Treelight Mortgage is a mortgage brokerage connecting you to the top mortgage professionals, providing personalized mortgage solutions, at the lowest cost. We believe you should not have to sacrifice personal service to get the lowest rate.

LOWER MORTGAGE COSTS THROUGH OUR EXPERTISE delivered AFTER we first learn our clients’ financial goals, credit profile, professional and family plans, and previous homeownership experience. In turn, we offer advice, education, and perspective on our local markets. First time homebuyers to real estate investors, will benefit from our sound mortgage advice.

UNLOCK THE POWER OF COMPETITION when you apply with Treelight Mortgage. Mortgage bankers, FDIC Banks, and credit unions employ “captured” loan originators, who are only able to “sell” one institutions’ mortgage products. Once our loan originators have determined the best loan program that fits your needs, they search for the lowest rates and borrowing costs from dozens of banks, or investors.

CREDIT ADVICE saves our clients thousands of dollars in borrowing costs. Our loan originators are credit experts who are armed with credit modeling software, experience, and all elements of credit scores. We advise our clients on how to structure their credit, leading to improved credit scores, and lower borrowing costs. Even borrowers with above average credit scores may lower their borrowing costs with our help. We are not a credit repair agency.

QUALITY SERVICE means experienced professionals advise and educate you with an unsurpassed level of product knowledge. Our use of the internet, advanced mortgage processing software and automated mortgage underwriting systems are coordinated to speed the mortgage process and deliver the best rate and terms. It also means throughout the loan process, we will keep you promptly informed, treat you with respect and courtesy, and in short, take great care of you!
