Treepilya is an NGO that develops reforestation and afforestation projects in Ukraine. We are a team of dedicated environmental, sustainability, and forestry professionals who share a common vision: to restore and expand Ukrainian forest cover, one tree at a time. 

A sustainable future on Earth depends on healthy, resilient forests. Forests to date are the most effective way to absorb CO2 and fight global warming. Treepilya develops reforestation and afforestation projects with a threefold goal in mind: 
- Ensure long-term stability of the forest ecosystem through increasing forest cover in the region with climate-resilient local species
- Generate high-quality, low-cost, verified carbon credits of European origin
- Improve the financial well-being of local communities through carbon projects

Our projects provide effective mechanisms to organizations that are committed to reducing their carbon footprint and achieving net-zero goals while making a positive impact on the lives of Ukrainian communities. Our projects are verified by internationally acclaimed third-party providers such as Verra and Gold Standard.

We in Treepilya care for the environment and the legacy of our generation to our children. That’s why we focus on developing projects on science-based environmental data.
