Amber Fraley

Amber Fraley is an experienced Human Resources professional with a comprehensive background in employee lifecycle management and talent development. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Treering, Amber focuses on enhancing the employee experience and building a positive company culture. Previous roles include Human Resources and Internship Development Manager at EON Reality, where Amber managed employee lifecycle processes, developed staffing strategies, and championed employee engagement initiatives. Earlier experience includes work as a Human Resources Generalist in various organizations, where Amber contributed to HR operations, client relations, and employee support, particularly in startup environments during critical transitions such as the Covid-19 pandemic. Amber holds a B.A. in Communication and Media Studies from SDSU Global Campus.
