Laurel McNees has a diverse work experience in customer service and software quality assurance. Laurel began their career in 2013 as a Customer Service Representative for Chegg Inc. In 2015, they moved to TreeRing as a Customer Service Representative and then to Amazon as a CSA. In 2016, they returned to TreeRing as a Software QA Engineer and a Customer Service Specialist.
Laurel McNees graduated from Lake Brantley High School in 2003 with a Diploma.
