Impact

The project team is where our work hits the ground running.  The project team is responsible for planning and overseeing all our work to make sure that it is delivered on time and on budget.  A member of our project team leads each and every project we work on, drawing on our diverse pool of technical talent to deliver the project.

Project Delivery Team

The Internal Operations team is responsible for keeping TreeStory running as a business.  It includes all our internal business processes such as reception, office management, book keeping and general admin support.  This team also oversees the work of our external business services and consultants.  

Business Administration

This team is the external face of TreeStory, helping to inspire clients with vision.  This team is responsible for attracting quality new projects and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.

Project Design & Custodianship Team

The resource team co-ordinate the technical staff that work on each project and monitor work load and skill development.  The resource team also lead on research & development and the implementation of internal systems to support our project teams.

Innovation and Resource Team

Our Senior Leadership Team is responsible for setting the strategic objective of the company and helping to implement it across all aspects of the business - including our projects, systems, staff and stakeholders.  The Senior Leadership Team have overall responsibility for bringing and shaping new work into the business.
