Dotan Eshet

Dotan Eshet has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Dotan is currently the CEO and Co-Founder of Treetoscope since December 2020. Prior to that, Dotan worked at F&C Licorice Ltd. as Deputy CEO from December 2015 to April 2021. In this role, they were responsible for sales, M&A's, and operations, including the identification of M&A opportunities, managing agreements, implementing mergers, and developing new markets.

Before joining F&C Licorice Ltd., Dotan served as the Chief Executive Officer of FC Galilee Herbs from January 2013 to March 2016, where they expanded into new international markets, established lasting relationships with key customers, increased efficiency and quality standards, and invested in human capital development and technology.

Dotan also worked at I.M Segev, where they held multiple roles. Dotan was the Deputy CEO from January 2010 to January 2013, leading the organizational strategy and serving as a partner to the CEO in decision-making. Dotan also served as the Director of Retail Division - SEGEV SHOPS from February 2008 to February 2010, managing P&L and winning bids for complex projects. Additionally, Dotan served as the Director of Engineering from June 2005 to February 2008.

During their earlier career, Dotan worked as a Regional Manager in the Security Department at Bezeq from April 2003 to May 2005. Dotan also held a Team Leader position in the Manufacturing department at Plasan from July 2001 to September 2002.

Dotan's career began in the IDF - Israel Defence Forces, where they served as a Lieutenant and Base Commander in the Criminal Investigation Department from October 1995 to June 2000.

Dotan Eshet received their Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Product Design from the Holon Institute of Technology, which they completed between 2001 and 2005. Dotan later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Ono Academic College, completing the program from 2007 to 2009. In 2017, Dotan Eshet also completed a Board of Directors Certification Course from Reichman University.
