Barak Amar has worked for a number of companies since 1999. Barak began their career at BMC Software as a Lead Product Developer and Senior Software Engineer, where they developed server side features using CORBA, database access using RougeWave Source Pro, ObjectSpace toolkit, ACE/TAO and client side using MFC, C# WinForms and C++/CLI. Barak also worked on a project to build a server application from the ground up. In 2012, they joined F5 Networks as a Team Leader and Principal Software Engineer. In 2014, they moved to Wannabiz LTD as an R&D Manager. In 2015, they joined PerimeterX as an Architect, Software Engineering Team Leader and Senior Software Engineer. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Treeverse - the lakeFS creators as a Principal Engineer and Software Engineer.
