Chad Heater

Chad Heater is currently a Product Manager at Treez, and was previously the Director of Product Experience at Flowhub from January 2017 to August 2021. Prior to that, they were the Customer Service Manager at ShineRetrofits.com from June 2014 to November 2016, where they managed the customer service department and coordinated with over fifty manufacturers located internationally and hundreds of customers domestically. Chad was also the Research Department Team Leader and Operations Generalist at Klein & Co. Temporary Housing Services, Inc. from April 2013 to June 2014, where they managed and coached a team of five employees responsible for relocating displaced families in comparable temporary housing. Prior to that, they were an Assistant Head English Teacher at Gaoxin Primary School from August 2011 to December 2012.

Chad Heater completed a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature (British and Commonwealth) at the University of Colorado Boulder.

Chad Heater reports to Steve Fangman, Sr. Director, Product Management. Chad Heater works with Scott Thacher - Sr. Technical Product Manager, Mason Pitz - Product Manager, and Hope Le - Product Manager.
