Revenue Operations at Treez

Graham Arnold is currently the Revenue Operations Manager at Treez, a software company that provides enterprise solutions for the cannabis industry. Graham was previously a Business Intelligence Analyst at Sisense from December 2017 to November 2019. At Sisense, Graham was responsible for ensuring accurate and timely pricing of various securities types in order to facilitate publication of Vanguard Mutual Fund and ETF net asset values.

During their time at Sisense, Graham led the Relationship Management Initiative, which was a team whose sole purpose was to facilitate communication between both upstream and downstream business partners, encourage information sharing, reduce operational redundancies, and foster engagement via relationship building. Graham was also part of the Private Equity Team, where they developed a year-long strategy for transformation of the Private Equity pricing process, provided oversight of valuation for Vanguard's private equity holdings, created and maintained models to validate pricing of private equity companies using various valuation methodologies (cost, company comparables, option pricing), and drafted reports detailing valuation methodology and recommendations for management. In addition, Graham was the Scheduling and Training Coordinator, where they ensured coverage for all daily and monthly fixed income operations, collaborated cross site (Arizona to Pennsylvania) to coordinate and delegate training responsibilities, created a tool for forecasting operational needs and reporting data to management, and built a training plan for a 28 person team based on forecasted operational needs. Lastly, they were part of the Technology Team where they provided end user computing tool (EUCT) support to the broader Security Pricing team and audited existing EUCTs for efficiency and implemented best practices in databases.

Before their time at Sisense, Graham was part of the Fund Financial Services Branding & Talent Team at Vanguard, where they constructed a talent pipeline into and out of Vanguard's Fund Financial Services (FFS) Department in Arizona, developed a strategy for the FFS AZ Recruiting team to approach and attract crew members from other departments, coordinated multiple departmental overview events for 30+ interested crew members to learn about FFS, and developed a database to track individual crew member's touch points with FFS to provide intelligence to FFS Leadership when making hiring decisions.

Graham Arnold has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Finance and Management from The University of Georgia and is certified in Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA).
