Joey Sterling

Joey Sterling is the Head of Product at Treez, a position they have held since November 2016. Prior to that, they were the Business Development Manager at Joist from July 2015 to November 2016. During their time at Joist, Sterling was responsible for onboarding and managing relationships with 12 quality home improvement contractors in Toronto, conducting customer interviews and surveys to improve the Joist app, and guiding the business's priorities. From September 2014 to December 2014, they interned at Epic Records in the A&R department. From May 2014 to August 2014, they interned in PR at Levine Communications Office. Prior to their work in the music industry, Sterling worked at In-N-Out Burger from May 2009 to April 2013, where they rose to the level of Level 5 Associate.

Joey Sterling graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government.

Their manager is John Yang, Co-Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Shon Wedde - VP, Engineering, David Yan - CFO, and Josh Glantz - Chief Revenue Officer. Some direct reports include Eugena Oh - Associate UI Designer, Nicole Dupre - Senior User Experience Designer, and Steve Fangman - Sr. Director, Product Management.
