Wayne Lee

Wayne Lee is the current Engineering Director - Sell Treez for Current State, MSO Consumer & Sales at Treez. Prior to this, they were a Senior Program Manager at Akamai Technologies and Consulting Manager & Senior Technology Architect at Accenture. Wayne has over 15 years of experience in various IT management and development roles. Wayne has a proven track record in leading and delivering complex projects at scale.

Wayne started their career as a Development Lead at Verizon Wireless, where they led the development of integration connectors that powered an internal portal for managing prepaid wireless. Wayne then became the Integration Lead at Marriott, where they led a proposal to revamp Ritz Carlton Club’s timeshare reservation system.

In 2004, Wayne joined Accenture as a Consulting Manager & Senior Technology Architect. Wayne has since worked on a number of large scale IT projects for major clients such as Hewlett Packard Enterprise, healthcare.gov, and Loblaw Companies Limited. Wayne was part of the team that stabilized the federal healthcare marketplace system which includes healthcare.gov. Wayne also built and led a DevOps organization of 20 which was responsible for identifying and remediating gaps from the previous vendor.

Most recently, Wayne was a Senior Program Manager at Akamai Technologies, where they were responsible for Infrastructure and Platform for the Luna Control Center and OPEN APIs, Akamai's web based management user and API interface. Wayne successfully program managed initiatives at internet scale such as Data Center Migrations, Capacity Forecasting and Expansion, and the Microsoft Azure strategic re-seller relationship.

Wayne Lee is an experienced IT professional with a proven track record in leading and delivering complex projects successfully. Wayne is currently the Engineering Director - Sell Treez for Current State, MSO Consumer & Sales at Treez.

Wayne Lee has a B.S. in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles as well as a certificate in Leadership Principles from Harvard Business School Online. Wayne is also certified from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner.
