Technical Support Operations Manager at Treez

Zac Spegal is the Technical Support Operations Manager at Treez. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Support Manager at Latch from February 2021 to May 2022. In this role, they managed a team of customer operations advisors and was responsible for the resolution of escalated product support inquiries. Zac also created product training presentations to educate advisors on new product releases and led and advanced internal documentation creation for the Global Customer Operations team. Additionally, they initiated and led global compensation adjustment planning calibrations for 300+ customer operations advisors.

Previously, Zac served as the Director of Support at SightPlan from February 2018 to February 2021. In this role, they oversaw all aspects of customer support including leading a team of customer support reps, managing escalations, analyzing support trends, and developing support processes.

Before that, Zac was the Customer Operations Lead at Squarespace from July 2013 to January 2018. In this role, they managed a team of customer support reps and was responsible for analyzing support trends and developing support processes. Additionally, they created and delivered training to new customer support reps and developed relationships with key customers.

Prior to that, Zac served as the Academic Dean of Students at Brooklyn Teen Challenge from June 2012 to July 2013. In this role, they oversaw the academic program and provided guidance and support to students. Additionally, they developed relationships with parents and guardians and created a system for tracking student progress.

Zac Spegal has completed a Certificate of Pastoral Ministry from Global University. Zac's field of study was Pastoral Studies/Counseling.

Zac Spegal works with Valerie Simpson - Community Manager, Ryan Boyle - Manager of Implementation, and Nash Chandranatha - Tier 3 Technical Support. Zac Spegal reports to Dave Rocha, Director, Customer Success. Sloane Campbell - Tier 2 Support Representative, Brian Perlmutter - Customer Support, Tier 2 Support, and Kayla Williams - Tier 2 Support, Jr. report to Zac Spegal.
