Michael Hanney

Michael Hanney is a Presales Solutions Architect at Trek10. Michael was previously an AWS Engineering Team Lead at VoiceFoundry from June 2018 to May 2021. Before that, they were a Senior Software Development Engineer at Microgroove LLC from November 2004 to June 2018.

At VoiceFoundry, Hanney helped enterprise contact centers implement Amazon Connect. At Microgroove, Hanney worked on .NET eCommerce, CRM, search, recommendation engines, and back-end reporting applications for Universal Music Group, Microsoft, Lionbridge, and Hammacher Schlemmer.

Hanney has over 17 years of experience in software development and engineering. Michael is an expert in AWS and has helped multiple companies with their business productivity apps and custom tooling.

Michael Hanney has a BSc in Computer Science and Human Biology from the University of Hertfordshire.
