Ruth Sperer

Mrs. Sperer has over 20 years of experience in software development, with vast experience as manager of R&D teams, involved in all aspects of software development. She holds an M.Sc., Computer Science degree from the University of Maryland and a B.A. Computer Science from the Tel Aviv university.
