Our Social Stewardship: We actively contribute to Himalayan conservation through trail clean-ups, reforestation, and wildlife protection initiatives. We support local communities by partnering with village-run stays, local guides, and small businesses. A portion of every trek directly funds conservation and awareness efforts in the regions we explore.

Our Team: Trekking Cougars is powered by a 36-member core team managing operations, safety, logistics, marketing, technology, and customer experience. Supporting them is a flexible network of 150+ certified guides, local experts, and seasonal professionals across India.

We also run the Buds Internship Program, onboarding 12 interns every quarter to gain hands-on exposure across departments, nurturing the next generation of adventure tourism professionals.
