Jeff Jaffee

Jeff Jaffee, Senior Advisor with Treliant, is a seasoned executive with regulatory compliance and regulatory relations experience at large banks, mortgage companies, and a government-sponsored enterprise. He has over 30 years of industry experience in directing originations, servicing, technology, and third-party oversight. His subject matter expertise includes fair lending, Unfair, Deceptive, or Abusive Acts or Practices (UDAAP), the Servicemember Civil Relief Act (SCRA), the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA), the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA), and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

At Treliant, Jeff advises clients on a variety of mortgage compliance and operational needs including the design, improvement, and transformation of business and compliance processes. He also provides guidance on compliance with fair and responsible lending and servicing regulations.
