Ryan Dougal

Ryan Dougal is a Senior Consultant with Treliant. He has extensive knowledge of investment banking client onboarding for all client types and asset classes; regulatory operations expertise covering MIFID, EMIR, Dodd Frank, FATCA, and SFTR; and experience with project managing Brexit transition-related initiatives, particularly with regard to legal documentation (ISDA/CSA, CDEA, GMRA, DRV, etc). Before moving into capital markets consulting in 2018, Ryan worked in the legal sector as an Analyst on high-value international disputes and contract negotiations.

Ryan has a BSc in Accounting and Master’s in Law (Mlaw) from Queens University Belfast.
