Nida Islam has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Nida started their career in 2013 at Jazz as a Customer Specialist, where they worked until September 2016. In 2017, they joined Iwatch as a GLH Expert and held the position until the end of the year. Nida then worked at Uber from January 2018 to June 2020 as an Expert GHL, providing in-person support and assistance to driver partners, addressing complex customer problems, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Nida then joined Sapphire Retail Limited (SRL) in June 2020 as a Social Media Moderator, where they managed and monitored social media channels until December 2021. Currently, Nida works at Trella as a Community Operations Representative (CommOps), a position they started in October 2021.
Nida Islam completed their Bachelor's degree in Journalism from the University of the Punjab, starting in 2011 and ending in 2013. Afterward, they pursued further education and obtained a Master's degree in English Language and Literature from the same university, from 2017 to 2019.
