John Kowalsky

John Kowalsky is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in management and operations. Currently serving as a Senior IT Manager at Trellint since May 2024, John has previously held significant roles such as Senior Delivery Manager and Director of Operations at Conduent from July 2016 to April 2024. Prior to this, John was the CTO and VP of Technology at Xerox - Local Government Transportation from July 2009 to July 2016 and served as a Strategic Business Unit Manager at Affiliated Computer Services from September 2005 to July 2009. John began a lengthy career at Lockheed Martin, where various IT management positions were held from April 1985 to September 2005. John holds an MBA in Management Information Systems from the University at Albany, a BS from The City College of New York, and a high school diploma from Brooklyn Technical High School.
