Tim McLaren

Tim McLaren has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Tim is currently working as the Head Of Communications at Trellis Data since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at the Australian Automobile Association from March 2016 to April 2022. During their tenure, they held the positions of Campaign Director and acted as the Director Of External Affairs. From September 2014 to February 2016, they worked at the Pharmacy Guild of Australia as the Manager of Communications, where they oversaw communication channels, managed online strategies, and led national consumer campaigns. Prior to this, they served as the Marketing Manager and Communications Manager at the same organization. Tim also worked at CRE8IVE as the Marketing Manager (Healthcare Division) from October 2006 to August 2007, and at the Irish Pharmacy Union as a Communications Officer from January 2006 to October 2006.

Tim McLaren's education history begins with their attendance at Trinity Christian School from 1985 to 1996. During this time, they did not pursue any specific degree or field of study. Following their graduation from Trinity Christian School, Tim McLaren enrolled at Lake Tuggeranong College from 1997 to 1998. Here, they obtained a Year 12 Certificate with a focus on Engish, Multimedia production, Design, Physcology, and Mathematics.

After completing their studies at Lake Tuggeranong College, Tim McLaren pursued higher education at the University of Canberra from 1999 to 2001. During this period, they earned a Bachelor of Communications degree, with a major in Advertising and Marketing and a minor in Multimedia Production.

In addition to their formal education, Tim McLaren has also obtained additional certifications. In February 2021, they completed the Effective Business Writing course at the Australian Institute of Management. Furthermore, in November 2015, they gained certification in Brand Management: Aligning Business, Brand, and Behaviour through an online course offered by Coursera.
