Gregory Christen

Gregory Christen is a seasoned professional in consumer operations and customer experience, currently serving as the Head of Consumer Operations at Trellis since December 2021. In addition to this role, Gregory also held the position of Interim Head of Sales and previously served as the Sales Development and CX Manager. Prior to Trellis, Gregory was the Director of Operations at Aventus, a boutique CX firm, from March 2021 to December 2021. Gregory's extensive background includes serving as Director of Customer Experience and Senior Manager of Support at Lawn Love Lawn Care from January 2017 to March 2021, as well as a role as Business Operations Consultant at Purum Consulting LLC from January 2020 to March 2021. Gregory began the career as Operations Manager at Wonder-Works Cleaning Co. from January 2014 to January 2017.
