Katherine MacKenzie, PHRca, is a People & Culture Business Partner at TrellisWare Technologies, where they focus on enhancing employee experiences and aligning HR initiatives with company goals. Previously, they held various roles including Human Resources Business Partner at Pura Vida and People Operations Coordinator at Curology, where they contributed to multiple HR functions such as talent acquisition, compliance, and employee engagement. Katherine also served as Information Systems Director and Development Director for the Society for Human Resource Management's SDSU Student Chapter in 2019, showcasing their commitment to HR from an early stage. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Management and Human Resources at San Diego State University.
