Bob Knollenberg

Bob Knollenberg currently serves as the Vice President of Global Technical Support at Trellix, overseeing a team of over 400 professionals and supporting more than 35,000 customers across a diverse range of 30+ products, achieving notable enhancements in key performance indicators through innovative programs and collaboration. Bob's extensive career also includes several progressive roles in technical support and customer success, backed by a CISSP Certificate and a degree from DeVry University.
