Gary Ulaner

Gary Ulaner is an experienced product management professional currently serving as the Director of Product Management at Trellix since May 2023, where responsibilities include leading a global team to define and implement strategic direction for enterprise endpoint and cloud cybersecurity technologies. Prior to Trellix, Ulaner held the position of Director of Product Management at Trustwave from March 2021 to November 2022, managing multiple enterprise data security product lines recognized in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant and Forrester Wave. Ulaner’s previous roles include Group Product Manager at McAfee/Intel Security, where management of leading data security products generated over $100M in annual revenue, and Director of Product Management at Guidance Software and 8e6 Technologies, where Ulaner established product management organizations and implemented development processes. Ulaner began a long tenure at Symantec Corporation, managing several significant product lines following Symantec's acquisition of Quarterdeck Corporation, where Ulaner also served as Director of Product Management. Ulaner holds a BS in Business Administration from California State University-Sacramento.
