Jacki Defilippo

Jacki DeFilippo is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in organizational development and human resources across various prominent companies. Current roles include HR Leader for Organizational Effectiveness and Learning and Organizational Development Consultant at Trellix since March 2024. Prior to this, Jacki served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at NielsenIQ, overseeing global commercial, product, and enabling functions from June 2020 to March 2024. Previous positions include Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources at The Nielsen Company and other significant HR leadership roles at Nielsen Online, Nielsen Media Research, VNU, Cognizant, and Dun & Bradstreet. Jacki holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Development from Fordham University, a Bachelor’s degree in Human Relations from Pace University, and a diploma in HR Management from New York University.
