Jim Curtin

Jim Curtin is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and cybersecurity. Currently serving as a Principal Designated Support Engineer at Trellix since January 2022, Jim previously held the position of Principal DSE at FireEye, Inc. from August 2013 to January 2022, where responsibilities included providing security reporting, health checks, consultancy, and troubleshooting for named accounts. Prior to that, Jim worked as a NAS Technical Support Level III at EMC Ireland COE, where complex customer issues were addressed, and as a Technical Analyst at Irish Life & Permanent, focusing on network security. Educational qualifications include an MSc. in Networking & Security from Cork Institute of Technology and a BSc. in Computer Applications from Munster Technological University.
