Ken Lee has over a decade of experience in customer success and technical support roles, currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Trellix since July 2018, and previously held the position of Support Account Manager. Prior experience includes work as a Systems Engineer at Medidata Solutions from November 2011 to June 2018, and as a Senior IT Specialist at Fleishman-Hillard from December 2007 to September 2011. Ken Lee holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Rutgers University.
