Michael Alicea

Michael Alicea is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Trellix. Michael has over 25 years of experience in human resources and has held leadership positions at some of the world's largest companies. Prior to joining Trellix, Michael was the Chief Human Resources Officer at NielsenIQ, a global leader in measurement and data analytics. Michael also served as Executive Vice President at Nielsen, one of the world's largest data and measurement companies, and as VP of Human Resources at Nielsen Media Research. Michael began their career at VNU, where they rose to the role of COO/Vice President of Operations. Michael has a proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results. Michael is a strategic thinker with a passion for building great teams and developing people. Michael is committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.

Michael Alicea is currently pursuing their MBA at Baruch College with a concentration in HR Management & Business Policy. Prior to their MBA program, they completed their undergraduate studies at Baruch College, earning their Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management.

They work with Gareth Maclachlan - SVP, Transformation, Sara Aiello - VP, Communications, and Brett Hannath - Chief Marketing Officer. Michael Alicea reports to Bryan Palma, CEO.
