Steve Skidmore

Steve Skidmore is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in cybersecurity and network security roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Professional Services Architect in Federal Services at Trellix since July 2022, Steve provides on-site support for Trellix products and manages endpoint security within GISA-E's network. Prior to this role, Steve accumulated significant expertise as a Senior Security Consultant at Optiv Inc and Ciphent, where responsibilities included deploying security solutions and supporting DoD projects. Additional experience ranges from product strategy at StillSecure to leadership in technical teams at EDS, as well as network security engineering at RL Phillips and Interpath. Steve began a career in network administration at Burlington Industries after earning dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Science and History from Lander University.
