Currently serving as Senior Director of Customer Success Product Operations at Trellix, Trish designed a successful company-wide program aimed at driving $50M ARR through enhanced customer enablement. Previous roles include Director-level positions managing global P&L and operational efficiency for professional services, as well as leading pricing strategies and project management initiatives. Trish holds an M.B.A from SMU Cox School of Business and a B.S. in Management Information Systems from the University of Dayton.
