Vasanth Ambasankar

Vasanth Ambasankar is a seasoned security researcher with extensive experience in malware analysis and threat intelligence. They began their career as a Threat Research Analyst at Technosoft Corporation and progressed to significant roles, including Research Scientist at McAfee and Principal Threat Researcher at Mindtree. In their current position as a Staff Security Researcher at Trellix, Vasanth engages in advanced threat hunting and analysis. They hold a Master’s degree in Computer Applications from Velammal College of Engineering, obtained in 2008.
