Vishal Dixit

Vishal Dixit is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in security research and product management. Currently serving as R&D Director and Engineering Director at Trellix since March 2023, Vishal oversees network product portfolio alignment and drives artificial intelligence initiatives. As a co-founder at both a stealth mode startup and eSamavesh, Vishal also contributed significantly to the security landscape as Senior Director at Virsec Systems, leading next-gen security research and innovation. Previous roles include Senior Engineering Leader at McAfee, where oversight of malware research and signature development was a primary focus, and Engineering Leader at RSA, managing DLP Endpoint development. Vishal's educational background includes an Executive MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Nagpur University.
