Yi Ren Lim

Yi Ren Lim is a Senior Manager of Customer Success and Renewals at Trellix, where they support renewal operations across multiple markets in Southeast Asia and Australia. With over a decade of experience in Customer Success, Renewals, and Sales, they have held various leadership positions at Unity, including leading a renewals team and supporting sales enablement initiatives. Previously, Yi Ren worked at RHB Banking Group as a Settlements Analyst, streamlining operations, and at Prudential Assurance Company Singapore as a Financial Consultant. They are also an Executive Member of the Digital Media Chapter at the Singapore Computer Society. Currently, Yi Ren is pursuing a Bachelor's degree at the National University of Singapore while having completed GCE A Levels at Hwa Chong Institution.
