Chi-Yu Wu

Chi-Yu Wu is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in back-end development, currently serving as a Senior Engineer at Trend Micro since July 2022. Prior to this role, Chi-Yu worked as a Back End Developer at Pinkoi, where significant contributions included upgrading a decade-old backend system from Python 2.7. Experience also includes developing a comprehensive system for EZTABLE using Node.js for the back end and React + Redux for the front end. Chi-Yu began the career as a Research and Development Assistant at Microsoft, focusing on full-stack development with technologies such as C#, ASP.NET, and AngularJS. Chi-Yu holds a master's degree from the National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, earned between 2016 and 2018.
