David Blanchard is a seasoned Senior Technical Writer with extensive experience in developing and managing user manuals and online help systems for various organizations. Currently at Trend Micro since August 2021, David has previously held senior technical writing roles at Messagepoint, IHS, and Dyadem International, where contributions included redesigning and optimizing documentation for user-friendly access. David began the professional journey at Flonetwork / DoubleClick as a Technical Writer and transitioned from an earlier career in product management and marketing at Stanley Pharmaceuticals. David holds a Master’s degree in the History of Science and Technology from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor’s degree in History from The University of Winnipeg.
