Frank Chang

Frank Chang is an experienced FPGA Verification Engineer at Trend Micro since March 2022. Prior to this role, Frank held multiple positions at Ciena, including Hardware Engineer in FPGA and Product Validation Engineer, where responsibilities involved FPGA verification through simulations and testing optical modules for the Ciena 5400 product line. Frank began working with Ciena as a Hardware Intern in FPGA, focusing on automated testing of switching equipment designs. Additionally, Frank served as an Economics Research Assistant at Duke Fuqua School of Business and completed an internship at The Museum of Flight. Frank holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering and a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics, both from Duke University, completed in 2013.
